Today we completed the first part of the similarity unit test (T/F and Multiple Choice only). Next block will be the rest of the assessment. It is almost all "show work" where proportions must be written, explanation written, or dilation shown. It is roughly 2/3 of the test.
Our first hour of class was a re-cap of several important topics in the unit. We practice dilation (not in coordinate plane) and locating a center of dilation. We practiced explaining why triangles are similar. We checked and questioned answers to the textbook review.
And then we took the first part of the Similarity Test.
If you missed class, you can take the first part of the test after you finish the second part in your next block.
All important attachments are on the previous two days.
