If you missed the quiz, please come by Wednesday during advisory to make it up.
Class time was devoted to turning in the project; practicing basic constructions for speed, going over HW #13, and then starting an investigation over the points of concurrency: perpendicular bisectors intersect at the circumcenter, the center of a circumscribed circle, angle bisectors intersect at the incenter, the center of an inscribed circle, altitudes intersect at the orthocenter, which is outside of the triangle for obtuse triangles. The investigation and notes over it are downloadable below.
HW #14 is listed at the bottom of the investigation. The definitions and conjectures on the investigation are to be completed in your Geometric Truth section.
YOU MAY OMIT P 162:1 or 2, 3 from your homework.
Unit test for 6th and 8th will be next Thursday, Oct 20. 1st and 2nd will do vocabulary multiple choice on Monday, Oct 17; constructions on Monday, October 24.
