The review assignment was begun in class today; students had about 45 minutes or more to work on it.
Here is the review assignment, due next block: 8 pts
p 490:13, p 494-5:16-19, pp 496-7: 1-8, 13-15, 18, 23, 25, pp 659-60:1-9, 14-16.
Yes, it's a bit long, but a good preparation for the test. Complete your review; then use the topic list to go through Geometric Truth, old homework, returned quiz, review, warm-ups, etc. and prepare for the test. There is much to KNOW: distance formula, 30-60-90 and 45-45-90 shortcuts, equation of a circle, trig ratio definitions and how to solve each type of equation, etc.
Remember area of isosceles triangles and simplifying radicals, as well as triples (both primitive and multiple).
A 15 pt "test prep" quiz was given in class today; it will be returned at the beginning of class before the test.
Students will have time to self-check their reviews, ask a few questions, one quick warm-up questions, then 1 hour for the test.
Later tonight I will post some homework answers on a new post.
