We are continueing to work with quadrilaterals in the coordinate plane. Last block we looked at properties of parallelograms and how we could solve for missing parts algebraically.
Today we graphed quadrilaterals in the coordinate plane and found the slopes of the sides, describing what type of quadrilateral these slopes identify. Homework 7 is to finish the activity, including the two extra problems at the bottom of the page.
Our warm-up focused on how to find angles in parallelograms and trapezoids based on supplementary angles between parallel lines.
A grade was taken on HW #6. If you did not have it, complete and bring to class on Friday. There will be a HW Quiz over HW #6 at the beginning of Friday's class.
